Rehearsal Notes & Production Schedule
Weeks 33 and 34 to Graduation of 34
May 11 - May 24

Parents of all Resident and Daytime Students are invited to stop in to Nutmeg on Saturday May 24th at 11:00-12:30 at the morning graduation reception in the First Floor Nutmeg Studios.
Daytime Students and Resident Students, there are still tickets for the Thursday performances. Please call in your order today.
Note 1: AA1 and AA2 Regular daily schedule will be posted on white boards.
Note 2: AA2 will have its regular daily class and rehearsal schedule
Note 3 AA3 regular schedule until Production Days

Full runs of the Graduation Performance will occur on May 14, 15, 15, 17, 19, 20 and 21. All Casts will be run and all dancers must work in their costumes prior to performances.
Undergraduates please make sure your paper work and initial discussion with Mrs. Sabia about August and the Year Round 2008/2009 training season has occurred and that you have secured a spot in the program.

Students are welcome to assist with the technical set up, especially the gentlemen.

*Students will follow move out rules and be responsible to leave room in condition which they received it.
Food for Thursday and Friday will be reviewed with Ms. Radke.
You must check out with Ms. Radke or Ms. Binette prior to leaving campus.
